What will happen when i upgrade Wintergreen wand - which has no attribute - with Forget Me Not and of Memory mods? Which attribute will they work as? thank you for any response

I think it doesn't have an inscription slot...

The Upgrade have no effect, since there is no req

Candy cane doesnt, Wintergreen does
just saw it on wiki (unofficial, nothing about it on official where i was looking first
